It is ques\u00adti\u00ado\u00adnab\u00adle that if the offi\u00adci\u00adal lan\u00adgu\u00ada\u00adge sta\u00adtus would be able, even if in a small extent \u2013 com\u00adpen\u00adsa\u00adte the fac\u00adtors aiming lan\u00adgu\u00ada\u00adge exchange.
