With the exam\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion\u00ads, main\u00adly rely\u00ading on the prin\u00adci\u00adples of con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty, the author wants to give rea\u00adson that since the issue, even if gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly, is pres\u00adent in the Con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion of the Hun\u00adgar\u00adi\u00adan Repub\u00adlic, it results con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u00adal agree\u00adment in the basic issues relat\u00ading Hun\u00adgar\u00adi\u00adans out\u00adside the bor\u00adder\u00ads. The author also exam\u00adines the moral bases of con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u00adal agree\u00adment that has been or can be evolved on the issue.
