\nThe third chap\u00adter analy\u00adses the rea\u00adsons of lower a edu\u00adca\u00adtion\u00adal lev\u00adel, dis\u00adcussing in detail the ten\u00adden\u00adcies of changes in the last 15 years in high-\u00adschool and high\u00ader edu\u00adca\u00adtion and how these affect the increase the edu\u00adca\u00adtion\u00adal level of Hun\u00adgar\u00adi\u00adan\u00ads.
