Not by presenting a selected representation strategy, but by presenting the socio-cultural factors and impacts that influence the representation of the identity and culture of the minority. One of the basic assertions of the text is that representations are determined by the operation of a particular zone of conflict, which is kept in motion by the opposition of tradition and progression. The analysis shows that this opposition is the most basic component of the discourse on Hungarian culture in Slovakia, its point of reference, the topic of many theoretical works and public statements, and is directly related to the political mobilization of the minority.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The aim of this study is to examine the representation of the concepts of Hungarian in Slovakia and Hungarian culture in Slovakia.
